Tomato soup with Cashew cream (plus a splash of apple cider vinegar and maple syrup) topped with dill and caramelized onions.  Serve with Bavarian Toast grilled in coconut oil, packed with kalamata and Castelvetrano olives and sweet peppers. Oh. My. Gosh.
